Year in Review: August 2010

August was a great month because John graduated from ASU with his RN to BSN with a 4.0! It was a long road with many late nights, but he did it and we were (are) so proud.  To celebrate we went to stay for the night at the Arizona Grand and play at the wonderful water park.  The water park was lots of fun, Noah's favorite part was the play pool which was perfect because they delivered drinks poolside.  We attempted Rustler's Roost which proved to be a little too much for an already over tired Noah.  We had our first public meltdown and ended up eating dinner from to go containers in the room.  Welcome to having a two year old, it's a wonderful thing most of the time, but watch out things can get hairy, at least its always an adventure.  We also visited the amazing and wonderful Musical Instrument Museum in Scottsdale.  We cant say enough about this place, love it and so does Noah.  It is right up his alley, being the musical little boy that he is.  Because of some type of problem with my camera, I don't have the specific dates for the pictures, but they all happened in August and we had a great month, enjoying having daddy back.

Noah at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) with the listening headphones.  He sat in his stroller listening for three hours, it was truly a testament to how much he loves music and instruments.
