Noah, Mommy and Butterflies!

On April 5, 2011, Noah and I took a trip to the Desert Botanical Gardens together.  Noah decided that he did not want to sit in the stroller, so he walked the whole trip like a big boy (I did carry him a little bit).  We walked around and looked at the butterfly and hummingbird gardens before the butterfly pavilion opened.  Noah was a good adventurer and enjoy finding the butterflies from the handout they gave us.  His favorites were the buckeye and monarch butterflies.  Here are some pictures.

Noah unhappily posing with some beautiful flowers.

Mom, I think we needed to turn right back there to get to the shark exhibit.
A buckeye, one of Noah's favorite butterflies.

My little butterfly.
Too cute!
If water exist, Noah will find it and explore it.
My attempt to get a picture of Noah with the wildflowers.
Noah water sighting number two.
Love these, tried to grow some this year, but with no luck.
My little wander in search of water and possibly (most likely) trouble.
Mom, really is this suppose to be fun?  No sharks, no guitars and its kind of hot, come on
I am not a chick and I don't dig flowers.
Noah picture attempt number two again, the illusive beast is still a no show.
Noah water sighting number three, please don't fall in while I am taking a picture.
Okay, I am done let's get out of here.

I thought I would add some of the pictures from when Aunt Mary Ann and I took Noah to the Desert Botanical Gardens Butterfly exhibit on April 15, 2009. Noah was about 10 months old.  I remember it was freezing that day so we only stayed for a little while. Noah has grown up so much since then!
